RTS Tactical Warranty Policy
At RTS Tactical, we proudly stand behind the uncompromising quality of our gear. Every piece of equipment we produce is designed with real-world missions in mind — rugged, resilient, and ready for the field. Our warranty policy reflects that commitment while maintaining the integrity of our support process.
This warranty exists to cover manufacturer defects only, and does not extend to damage caused by routine use, abuse, or environmental exposure.

Warranty Coverage
Ballistic Protection Products – 5-Year Limited Warranty
The following RTS Tactical products are backed by a five (5) year limited warranty against manufacturer defects:
- Ballistic Armor Panels
- Hard Armor Plates and Inserts
- Soft Armor Plates and Inserts
- Ballistic Shields

Tactical Bunker Systems
We engineer these products to endure the harshest conditions — from tactical operations to long-term field deployment. While it’s rare for any defect to occur, this warranty ensures that in the unlikely event of a true manufacturing fault, you're fully protected.
This warranty covers:

Material failure due to manufacturer defect

Delamination, seam failure, or ballistic integrity issues caused by defective construction
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from field use

Damage due to impact, drops, misuse, or improper storage

Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or moisture

Unauthorized modification or disassembly

Carriers, Tactical Gear, and Accessories – 2-Year Limited Warranty
The following products are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty:

Pouches, Attachments, and Load-Bearing Gear

Medical Kits and Accessories
Our soft goods are constructed with mission-grade materials, built to handle daily use in real-world scenarios. While failures are extremely rare, any issue that results from a defect in manufacturing will be fully supported under this policy.
This warranty covers:

Stitching or structural failure due to manufacturing defect

Hardware or fabric defects unrelated to use or wear
This warranty does not cover:

Fraying, fading, or staining from environmental exposure

Damage from overloading, impact, or improper maintenance
- Routine degradation due to heavy field use

Line-of-Duty Guarantee
If you are injured in the line of duty while wearing RTS Tactical gear, we will replace the affected equipment at no cost. This replacement is our way of standing behind you — just as you stood in harm’s way. To qualify, submit official documentation of the incident and proof of gear use at the time of injury.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

You’ll be asked to complete our Warranty Claim Form and provide:

Proof of purchase

Clear photos of the issue

Serial number or product identifier (if applicable)
RTS Tactical will inspect the claim and determine whether it qualifies under warranty. Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
