The only temperatures that will affect your IFAK kit are below freezing, in which case you will need to worry about your liquid items freezing. However, heat will not damage any items in the kit.
Most of the perishable items in your kit (wipes, ointments, and medications) last about 2-4 years depending on the item. Each item has its own expiration date on the individual packaging.
