30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Hard Armor Ballistics and Plate-Sized Soft Armor Ballistic Inserts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Certain Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
RTS Tactical offers all of their customers a fit-guarantee for all eligible Soft Armor Vests, Carriers, and Compression Shirts. You must contact RTS Tactical Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order to exchange for another size. Each customer is eligible for a one-time exchange.
Exchanges are eligible for the following soft armor products:
- Lightweight Concealable Vest
- HERO Vest
- RICO Vest
- Athletic Vest

Please contact Customer Service to request an Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) to start the return, exchange, or cancellation process. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations will not be processed without an RMA number.
How to Request a Return/Exchange/Cancellation
Returns: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Contact info@rtstactical.com with your Name, Order Number, and the Item(s) you are requesting to return to begin the process. Items received at our warehouse without an approved Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense. Approved product returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This can take 3-5 business days, depending on your credit card provider. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Customers are not subject to a restocking fee. Products returned to RTS Tactical in either damaged condition, not in its original packaging, or outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges: Contact info@rtstactical.com with your Name, Order Number, and the Item(s) you are requesting for Exchange to begin the process. Items received at our warehouse without an approved Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense. As part of our fit-guarantee, RTS Tactical will cover the shipping costs for size exchange(s). Products exchanged to RTS Tactical cannot be in damaged condition, must be in its original packaging, and must be within the 14-day exchange window. Any products that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted, and no exchange will be processed.
Cancellations: Contact info@rtstactical.com with your Name, Order Number, and the Item(s) you are requesting to cancel to begin the process. Approved product cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This can take 3-5 business days, depending on your credit card provider. Cancellations cannot be made after the item(s) have shipped/left our facility.
