With an industry-first boltless viewport design, it eliminates any weak points​ and maximizes durability under extreme conditions. At the same time, hardened RF1-rated ballistic bolts maintain full structural integrity even when struck from odd angles​.

Despite its formidable rifle-rated protection, the LEGION is remarkably lightweight –  starting at 16.8 lbs – allowing operators to move with speed and confidence. Tested to the latest NIJ standards, this shield empowers you to take on high-threat engagements with battlefield-proven strength and minimal fatigue. LEVEL OF PROTECTION

NIJ Standard: 0101.07 RF1, offering protection against 7.62x51mm M80 Ball, 7.62x39mm MSC, and 5.56mm M193.

Unlike the previous NIJ 0101.06 Level III standard, which only tested against 7.62x51mm M80 Ball, the RF1 standard includes additional rifle threats, ensuring broader protection against modern ballistic threats encountered by law enforcement.

Now engineered in alignment with the ASTM E3347/E3347M-25 ballistic shield standard—designed to validate full-shield performance, including edges, viewports, and fasteners, under multi-hit rifle and handgun threats.

  • Patent-Pending Boltless Viewport: Our innovative system removes all bolts and adhesives, eliminating gaps and vulnerabilities found in traditional designs. Tested to be three times stronger than conventional adhesives, it ensures a zero-gap barrier for superior clarity, durability, and protection.
  • Ballistic Rated Bolts: Hardened RF1 bolts, rigorously field-tested from all angles (head-on, side, and 30-degree), maintain uncompromised performance and integrity under impact.

  • Advanced Ballistic Protection: NIJ Standard: 0101.07 RF1 (equivalent to NIJ Level III), it provides state-of-the-art defense against high-velocity rifle rounds.
