When it comes to our Level IV Ceramic Armor, Spalling is kept to the bare minimum compared to Steel which would need an upgraded spall coating to contain the fragmentation.
This Level IV Ceramic Plate has a Waterproof Polyurea Coating which gives the plate a long-lasting Ballistic Integrity, as well as an upgraded Foam face giving you extra protection in case the plate were to fall on the ground.
This Level IV Body Armor Insert is capable of stopping multiple AP rounds by itself. Level IIIA backing panels are not required.
